The individual will be responsible for assisting in all areas of the cultivation operation which include, but are not limited to:
- Watering
- Cloning
- Transplanting
- Plant training
- Harvesting
- Weighing
- Packaging
- Facilities Maintenance
- Cleaning
- Removal of Rubbish
- Odor Mitigation
- Record-keeping
- Interfacing with inventory control systems
- Security
Individual should be able to:
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Pass an extensive criminal and personal background check
- Hard worker with a willingness to learn
- Team-player
- Flexible
- Live within 30 minutes of the cultivation site
The ideal contractor will have prior indoor or outdoor growing experience and have basic
carpentry and electrical skills.
All contractors are considered W9 Contractors and Pay will be $18/hour. Vaccinations are required.
Job responsibilities may change from time to time based on the needs of the business.
Maine is an at-will state and this is not considered a contract for employment.
