Etchells Fleet 27 – 2023 Lobster Bowl

Chef’s Mike, Piyathida from Little Pig (https://www.littlepigportland.com/) and Portland Yacht Club Chef’s used Timberwoods Farm mix of Oyster, Shiitake and Lion’s Mane mushrooms to create an aromatic, flavorful mushroom laab that mixed beautifully with the grilled lobster.  The Etchells Fleet 27 team turned a difficult weather situation into a fantastic hurricane/lobster bowl!
